Green thumbing update (1) : Balcony Harvest

Since the first lady's finger bloom featured on previous post, our little Tapintosh balcony garden has welcomed another few lady's fingers. Today, we did a small harvest.

We are happy to present our Tapintosh 100% pesticide and chemical-free harvest. Since previous post, we have harvested 7 lady's fingers. In the photo below you will get to see lady's finger number 4,5,6 and 7. Today, we trimmed off some sweet potato leaves from both varieties I have and 3 mini looking long bean from a small plant I have. I will admit these alone is not enough to feed me but I would say this is a nice progress. My plan of "garden to kitchen" is looking at 10% achievement (I feel).

We are also excited to announce the number 8 flower from one of our plants (I have 3 lady's finger plants in total).
