Here we go again...Hello Lockdown 3.0

We have again entered another round of lockdown. Being a tutor, I am again stationed at home. Not a really big difference than before. Tapintosh has been idle for some time, as I was having a chaotic time. Past lockdown experience has taught me to “stop and evaluate” my life, once in a while.
Lockdown has made me bid farewell to my gym and opened up a new door for online workout programs to invade my life. My yoga mat was curling up at one corner of the room until I finally decided to make it see the sunlight.
My work requires me to be on my laptop regularly and I have even set up multiple workstations. One in a minimalist theme and another in my usual “all things can be reached” style. Working on bed is not my thing but who knows, if the situation continues, I may even give it a try as my Brada laptop support from IKEA may come in handy.
I did my big laundry in Day 1 of lockdown 3.0 and managed a morning 3km on Day 2. I have summarized a few things that will be good to start during this period of time.
The list goes like this:
1) Maintain consistent wake-up time.
2) 14 days home cooked meal only.
3) Try to workout daily (even a 15mins full body stretch counts).
4) Work on my research data that have been scattered.
5) Coursera time for self improvement
Let us all utilize this “stop and evaluate” period of time to our benefit. Sit down and think you want for yourself and how you can achieve them.
Note: Tapintosh balcony garden is undergoing resetting now. Hopefully it can be back in action soon.
